**Job Title:** EUX/EUC Technical Lead
**Role Summary:** Lead EUX/modern workplace transformation initiatives, defining and executing change strategies beyond support. Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI-driven solutions across the enterprise, while ensuring robust security and endpoint management.
**Expectations:**
- Minimum 10 years “hands‑on” enterprise EUX/Modern Workplace experience.
- Proven track record of leading EUX change programs, not merely providing support.
- Ability to operate within a dynamic, modern workplace transformation environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and deliver EUX strategy aligned with corporate roadmap and M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI capabilities.
- Spearhead deployment of EUX productivity tools (core M365, Power Platform, Intune, AVD/W365).
- Design, configure, and maintain Azure and Entra ID infrastructure, application, and identity solutions.
- Lead modern endpoint management initiatives (Autopilot, WHfB, MDM/MAM policies, Apple DEP, Google Play, Samsung Knox).
- Implement EUC-focused security controls and governance across devices and applications.
- Script and automate processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and track EUX metrics, reporting adoption and impact.
- Stay current on Microsoft enterprise technology direction, providing insights and recommendations.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep Microsoft 365 expertise, including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Power Platform.
- Proficiency with Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, WHfB, MDM/MAM, Apple DEP, Google Play, Samsung Knox, AVD/W365.
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API integration.
- Solid understanding of EUC security controls and endpoint protection.
- Strong change leadership and program management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, MS-500, MS-699, or equivalent) preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a modern workplace transformation environment.
