Your role :
Food has been disrupted after Covid crisis by the acceleration of new food models implementation to address new needs and consumptions.
Work policies and workplaces themselves have also drastically evolved notably with the emergence of hybrid working that has become the norm, making it essential to rethink and reshape the workplace experience today and in the future.
In a more than ever fast changing and uncertain world, the main assignment will be to keep the pace on evolving consumer needs & behaviours in relation to food, but also to workplace experience and become a trusted advisor for different internal audiences on these topics
The job holder will contribute to set up the right tools, methodologies, research projects to build a center of expertise on Food insights and drive impact across functions and geographies
The job holder will also contribute / manage insight projects related to the workplace experience and facility management - Sodexo's second core activity after food
1/ Manage consumer research tools to ensure on-going connections to Food & Workplace insights and trends
Manage Global Food (& Workplace) consumer research under supervision of the Insights Director using both qualitative & quantitative methodologies
Leverage InsightsNow to identify key trends to follow and analyze
Build potential new research tools like communities, subscriptions to external sources to be identified... for in-depth understanding
Run analysis and desk research on various topics based on existing primary and secondary research
Analyze global CCX consumer data related to food to identify insights
2/ Build thought leadership around Consumer insights and challenge the ways of working
The job holder will support the CCI team in building strong consumer insight expertise around Food & Workplace at the service of many different functions: marketing, food platform, operations, CSR, Supply... to ensure client and consumer centricity is at the heart of Sodexo Food and Workplace expertise.
3/ Support local insights on Food (and Workplace)
Share and engage on Food & Workplace insights across geographies and functions
Support local insights initiatives and research if needed
Your experience & profiles :
8-12 years of experience managing global Insights projects: good knowledge of methodologies & tools and successful experience in "being a business partner" with other stakeholders.
Tracker record of insights and organizational transformation (consumer centric, insights driven).
Capacity to work in networks context with several stakeholders and interact & engage senior leaders: be an influencer on "the power of insights".
Ability to engage broad audience (internal and external) on Food & Workplace insights and expertise.
Good understanding and interest in Food.
At ease in international project management context. International mindset and background would be highly appreciated.

Strong analytical skills.
