About The Role
OMS ELA Steam Generator platform is leading services serving customers inside ELA region. Safety, Quality, Performance and Growth/profitability are expectations for both the customers and internally. To respond to such priorities, initiatives are defined and set-up properly in accordance with Westinghouse processes.
SG products group is leading the roadmap to achieve these objectives within the ELA region. As a Project Manager within SG products group you will manage projects according to Westinghouse standards to achieve projects KPI, support continuous improvements, growth, new idea generation/innovation projects and provide technical expertise to the operation teams.
You will report to the SGP Product Manager and be located at Villejust (France). This is a hybrid role with possibility of flexible work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, Manage and Follow project execution complying with Westinghouse's project management procedures:o Identify, Mitigate and Manage risks and opportunities,o Lead Contract management (i.e. compliance, claim management, change management,...)o Lead monthly project review,o Define jointly with the Lead Engineer the schedule, the resources plan, the financial estimates and the risks register,o If any, define jointly with the Lead Engineer the sourcing plan,o Update schedule, resources demands and risks register,o Update financial data in enterprise database,o Approve time and expenses of the project,Elaborate the project Lessons Learn.
Coordinate technical expertise to support problem resolution and support site execution
Generate ideas for continuous improvement, growth and innovation
Participate to site execution of First of a Kind (FOAK)
During a training period, attend services on site to understand the constraints of the Steam Generator maintenance activities
Qualifications
Master Degree
+ 2 years experience in a Project Manager position
Fluent in French and English
