Job Specifications
We are hiring a Business Analyst to join the Product Management Team to contribute to our company's continuous growth.The mission is to gather the specifications of our top clients for identified additional implementations or customizations, to share your functional knowledge in Trading and to participate in the continuous improvement of Agile Methodology deployment.
It also includes a seamless collaboration with Engineering Team, Sales Team, Client Delivery Managers and Product Managers .
Your day to day ?
Beside the dedicated Client Delivery Managers for our scope of clients, you will contribute to each step of development of our solutions (from specification to implementation to client side).
You Will Have The Missions To
1/ Define the scope
Discuss with stake holders (CDM, Sales, Product Manager, Client) to understand the context of client requests / change requests
Gathering and prioritising stakeholder requirements for the product backlog.
Collaborating to refine user stories for clarity and alignment with business objectives.
Defining clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
Participate in the pricing of the projects / features
Evaluate the relevance and priorities of incoming requests
Identify the existing features which can be reused for the specific clients needs
Highligh the incoming requests relevant for integration in the core Product
2/ Manage the backlog
Write, detail and validate items in Product backlog
Order the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and missions of the Scrum Team and give it visibility on its future tasks / projects
Ensure that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all
Identifying areas for process improvement and automation.
Analysing data requirements to support feature development.
3/ Help your Scrum Team to meet its delivery commitments
Join Daily Stand Up meetings, Scrum ceremonies and animate/drive Backlog Estimations, Sprint Review and Sprint Planning meetings
During the Sprint Planning, define and review the Sprint Goal with the Scrum Team
Ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed.
Challenge the grooming of the team according to the original estimate, priorities and milestones of the project
Contribute to the functional knowledge of the Engineering Team
Optimize the value of the work the Development Team performs
Providing feedback for improvement during sprint reviews.
Adapting to evolving requirements and priorities.
Sharing domain expertise with the team to foster collaboration and learning.
You have ?
IT or Finance Trading education background
A minimum of 4 years of in Financial Markets - Electronic trading
Market Making experience,
Experience in Product Management would be appreciated, or Business Analyst
Balance of technical knowledge and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - strong synthetic mind
Strong commitment to resolve issues and arbitrate
Rigor (reporting, timeliness, structuring) and Organization and focus to delivery
Fully impregnate of Agile Methodology, Scrum ceremonies ...
