Description:
* Define the overall architecture for scalable React applications.
* Design reusable component libraries and ensure consistent UI / UX across modules.
* Drive performance optimization & frontend best practices.
* Lead architectural discussions with stakeholders, PMs & backend teams.
* Evaluate and integrate third-party tools, design systems, and frameworks.
* Conduct code reviews and mentor senior / junior developers.
* Stay updated with emerging frontend trends and guide adoption.
* Expert in React.js, TypeScript, Redux / Zustand & component-driven design.
* Strong understanding of frontend performance tuning and security.
* Experience in micro-frontend architecture
* Familiar with design systems like Material UI & Ant Design.
* Proven experience architecting enterprise - scale frontend systems.
