Freelance | Data Analyst | Hybrid/Remote (Antwerp)
We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst who excels at transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to build custom digital solutions, turning business data into compelling dashboards and reports--primarily using Tableau, with Power BI as a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and visualize business data to support smarter decision-making
Build clear, interactive dashboards in Tableau
Extract and structure data from Salesforce, using connectors, APIs, or exports
Work with data prep tools such as Tableau Prep, SQL, dbt, or Alteryx
Translate technical data into clear, business-relevant insights
Contribute to the development of internal analysis tools and reporting standards
Requirements
Strong proficiency with Tableau (including dashboarding and data modeling)
Experience with Salesforce data structure (standard and custom objects, permissions)
Familiarity with ETL/data preparation tools (Tableau Prep, SQL, dbt, or Alteryx)
Analytical mindset with strong communication skills
Fluent in Dutch, with working knowledge of English and French
Team player who can also operate independently
Prior experience preferred; motivation and insight are just as valued
