Title: Informatica BSA (ETL)
Type: Contract 6+ Months
Location: HYBRID- ONSITE 2 to 3 days/week- WESTSHORE DISTICT- Tamap, FL
PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must live in Tampa or surrounding areas commutable to work ONSITE 2-3 days/week.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Informatica Business Systems Analyst to join our Clients team.. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Informatica Upgrade Project, leading initiatives from inception through delivery using agile methodologies.
You will play a critical role in documenting, analyzing, and improving system integrations while ensuring seamless communication across teams and supporting production operations.
Requirements Documentation
Document existing integrations and develop specifications for redesigned integration efforts.
Conduct gap analysis by reviewing current documentation and identifying areas for improvement.
Prepare detailed requirement specifications, mapping documents, and process flow diagrams to support business use cases.
Document mapping, Gather requirements using summaries and working in a fast paced Agile environment.
The ideal candidate will have SQL skills including simple and complex queries. Strong understanding of Databases and how to extract data.

Backlog Management
Own and manage the Informatica project backlog, including task prioritization and grooming.
Provide regular updates during standups and project meetings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate project status, issues, and changes to stakeholders.
Cross-Team Communication:
Foster strong communication with Development and QA teams.
Production Support And Process Optimization
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production support incidents and service requests.
Contribute to operational excellence by maintaining and enhancing process flows.
Experience/Skills
Five or more years of experience in developing requirements and performing system analysis
Understanding of ETL processes (Informatica) and experience in writing SQL Server queries
Experience with various system development lifecycles such as waterfall, RUP, and Agile methods
Ability to communicate, verbally and written, technical requirements/constraints to a broad audience of technical and non-technical individuals
Ability to learn new concepts quickly
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in CS, IS Systems or related technical field required (5 additional years of comparable work experience beyond the required years of experience may be substituted)
