Job Title: Dynamics 365 Technical Lead
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in Warwick
Salary/Rate: PS447/day (flexibility to consider candidates above or below depending on experience)
Job Type: Contract - 6 months (potential to extend based on performance)Company Introduction
We're currently recruiting for a skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Lead to support a large-scale CRM transformation programme. This is a great opportunity to lead the delivery of complex technical solutions in a hybrid working environment.Job Responsibilities/Objectives
You will lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations, working closely with business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet strategic goals and operational needs.Drive full life cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 - including Sales, Customer Service, and Project Operations
Translate business requirements into scalable, technically sound solutions
Develop custom features using plugins, workflows, Power Automate, Power Apps, JavaScript, and .NET
Lead system integration's and data migrations from Legacy and third-party platforms
Ensure optimal performance, security, and maintainability of CRM solutions
Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews to enforce best practices
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:Proven experience delivering end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations
Strong technical skills across the D365 stack, including custom development
Hands-on expertise with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Experience leading teams and providing technical guidance across project phases
Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired:Experience with the Project Operations module
Familiarity with Azure integration services
Background in consultancy or multi-client environments
Understanding of security, compliance, and performance optimisation in D365
