Job Specifications
We are seeking a Head of Infrastructure & Production to lead our infrastructure operations, ensure platform performance, and drive continuous improvement across our production systems.
Key Responsibilities
Operational and Cross-functional Management
Functionally lead the MS Build & Run teams
Collaborate with Engineering, IT, CDM, and Security (CISO) teams
Oversee the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and validate production deployments
Global Infrastructure Management
Supervise daily operations of central infrastructure (PSRV, Proxmox/Ceph, networks, etc.) and hosted client infrastructure (dedicated/shared)
Ensure high availability, resilience, scalability, and security of all platforms
Manage critical incidents and ensure compliance with SLAs
Industrialization & Continuous Improvement
Define and implement deployment, monitoring, backup, and update standards
Support the transition to containerized and orchestrated architecture (Kubernetes, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code)
Develop DevOps and MSOps practices in collaboration with architecture teams
Security & Compliance Governance
Work with the CISO to define and enforce best security practices: patching, PAM, access management
Ensure full auditability of technical environments and production practices
Required Skills and Profile
Soft Skills
Strong leadership, organizational discipline, initiative, and decision-making capability
Comfortable in agile, multicultural, and distributed environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Technical Expertise
Solid knowledge of Linux environments, virtualization (Proxmox, KVM), storage systems (Ceph), monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus), and deployment automation (Ansible, Terraform)
Proven track record of delivering critical, resilient, and scalable infrastructure
Understanding of distributed systems, performance optimization (latency, bandwidth), and IT security
Experience
Minimum of 7 to 10 years in infrastructure and production management, ideally in high-demand environments (fintech, SaaS, trading, cloud services, etc.)
Experience managing technical teams, either functionally or hierarchically
