In this fully remote role, you'll act as a critical bridge between engineering, product, and partner-facing teams, ensuring that technical issues are tracked, translated, and resolved efficiently. You'll own the full lifecycle of tickets and play a key role in aligning stakeholder priorities with business and technical needs. Accountabilities:
Oversee the entire lifecycle of technical tickets, from intake through resolution, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery
Translate partner-facing issues into clear, actionable engineering tasks
Serve as the primary liaison between engineering and client-facing teams, preserving context, urgency, and business objectives
Facilitate cross-team prioritization discussions, aligning work with organizational goals
Maintain ticket hygiene by ensuring correct tagging, grooming, and assignment in tools like ClickUp, Jira, or Linear
Deliver regular reports on ticket status, blockers, and timelines
Continuously document and improve internal processes for transparency and operational efficiency
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in a SaaS environment
Background in engineering, technical support, or related technical roles
Solid understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, and systems integration
Experience using project tracking tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or Linear
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into engineering-ready requirements
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset

Monthly salary between $2,500 and $3,500 USD, based on location, experience, and skill set
15 days of paid time off, plus Christmas Day and New Year's Day
