We're working with a fast growing, tech driven organisation that's investing heavily in its cloud estate and automation capability. They're now hiring a Cloud Platform Manager to lead a key function responsible for cloud infrastructure, data platform services, and automation - with a clear remit to drive stability, scale, and performance.
What you'll be doing:
Leading multiple technical teams focused on cloud, data, and automation.
Driving platform delivery and team performance across Azure-based services.
Taking ownership of platform strategy, architecture alignment, and service resilience.
Collaborating across engineering, security, and architecture functions to ensure delivery is aligned with business goals.
Managing third-party suppliers while improving internal capability.
Operating as a senior voice within the technology function, influencing change and delivering outcomes.
What experience you'll need:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and modern platform operations.
Experience managing cross-functional technical teams in a fast-paced, Agile DevOps environment.
Strategic decision making ability with a practical understanding of what good looks like in platform design and delivery.
Familiarity with automation tooling, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud governance frameworks.
A track record of improving platform performance, team capability, and service outcomes.
