JOB TITLE: Process Analyst
LOCATION: Montreal-East Quebec CAN (Hybrid)
Description:
More specifically, the incumbent:
* Improves processes related to the integrated system using automation and system programming
* Supports system activities related to manufacturing activities
* Prepares analyses to facilitate decision-making
* Suggests and implements solutions to improve processes
* Ensures control of system processes
* Write reports, answer questions and present information to the various stakeholders in the process (Department Chief, Group Leader, Project Manager, Planners, etc.)
The enthusiast we are looking for has:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or computer science
* Ability to program in SQL, VBA and Python in a Windows environment
* At least three to five years of relevant experience or training in the field
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
* Familiar with an integrated management system, preferably ORACLE
* Ability to perform duties well in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and meet self-imposed deadlines
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Ability to identify problems, gather information, establish facts and draw valid Conclusions
* Ability to interpret a variety of technical and non-technical instructions and to deal with multiple concrete and abstract variables at once
