Contract: 12 months + ext

Hybrid: 3 days on-site

Rate: $60-68/hr

Required Skills & Experience

-6+ years of experience in process engineering or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.

-Proficiency in process mapping tools and software (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

-Experience supporting large data initiatives

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

-High level of attention to detail and accuracy in process design and documentation.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Lean Six Sigma and/or PMP is a plus

-Experience with data projects is a plus

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join a leading financial institution in Toronto, ON on a 6-month contract basis to support a large data initiative and design, document, and optimize process maps across various departments. The Process Engineer will create detailed process mapping diagrams and documentation, using tools like Visio. They will analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, as well as ensure process maps comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
