Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Hybrid (Franklin, TN)

Duration: 12 Months

Pay rate: 62/hr

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using tools like Selenium WebDriver and Selenium Grid with BDD approach

Test Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases, and execute tests to ensure product quality.

Defect Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools like Jira.

CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and deployment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Kafka

Cloud Technologies: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure.

Database Knowledge: Strong understanding of SQL and Cosmos databases.

Mentorship: Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality within the team.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Strong experience in test automation frameworks and tools.
In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).
Experience with API testing, web services testing, and Kafka framework.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (black-box, gray-box).
Experience with security testing tools and techniques.
Experience with performance testing tools and techniques
