About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager with an engineering background to support the development and delivery of large-scale data center infrastructure projects. This role focuses on pre-construction site planning, design readiness, and technical due diligence for new data center regions. You'll be part of a collaborative global strategy team working across design, energy, and real estate to ensure new sites are ready to move from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engineering due diligence efforts during data center site evaluation
Manage the predesign phase of data center builds and deliver actionable documentation to internal design teams
Collaborate with civil, mechanical, electrical, and architectural stakeholders
Evaluate high-voltage/medium-voltage substation designs in partnership with energy teams
Analyze site layout strategies, infrastructure intercepts, and risk impact
Support multiple concurrent U.S.-based projects
Communicate clearly and escalate issues appropriately across technical and business teams

Required Skills & Tools

We are looking for candidates with strong technical and planning experience. The ideal candidate will have:

8+ years of experience in data center, infrastructure, or commercial/industrial design projects
Strong background in land development and civil site planning
Extensive experience with design management and multidisciplinary coordination
Proven success leading pre-construction and site strategy phases
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
Familiarity with Navisworks, SketchUp, and MS Office Suite
Solid understanding of building codes and permitting processes
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
