Job DescriptionASC (Affordable, Simple, Connected) teams have many products transitioning to our Connected Consumer Cloud. In order to effectively coordinate the release of these capabilities, we need a team member who is excels with organization, project management and relationship management. At the same time, we're looking for talent who is motivated by the opportunity to solving business needs through their product mindset. The coordination of these efforts will be most critical over the next 6-12 months. During this time we will also develop this hire to be a Digital Product Manager by the end of this project coordination timeline.

The Digital Product Management - Lead Consultant provides process expertise and project management and is accountable for the business results of the project. The individual supports the design of and execute change management efforts to drive adoption/support.
Key Responsibilities
Execution & Coordination:
Ensure capabilities are delivered according to the roadmap commitments, coordinating across multiple Digital Product Teams.
Actively track and monitor progress toward key milestones and outcomes, escalating issues when needed.
Maintain alignment between technology deliverables and business outcomes.
Cross-Team Engagement & Collaboration:
Independently engage with other teams regarding strategy, features, sequencing, and dependencies.
Ensure alignment between teams and track dependencies across the platform.
Strategic Alignment & Risk Management:
Understand the broader strategy and sequencing of work, recognizing conflicts, risks, or execution gaps.
Proactively identify and resolve risks to keep delivery on track.
Communicate with DPT key stakeholders, ensuring the right decision-makers are involved at the right time.
Skills
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to track multiple workstreams.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of execution, and drive alignment without direct oversight.
Experienced in Agility and VersionOne, with a solid understanding of agile delivery frameworks.
Data analysis and reporting skills to track progress and support decision-making.
Proven ability to proactively identify and resolve risks and execution blockers. Education
4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience
5 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities
This job does not have supervisory duties. Education & Experience (in lieu)
In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

CompensationCompensation offered for this role is $125,200.00 - 207,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
