Our client, a dynamic leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Delivery Manager for a long term contract to join their team. As a Delivery Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting various cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a knack for teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Facilitate delivery of complex product initiatives and cross-functional projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, technology teams, product teams, and vendors through all phases of the project life cycle.
Guide requirements gathering for technology solutions, ensuring resources are effectively directed to achieve project goals.
Lead Agile team ceremonies and proactively support team members to meet objectives.
Create and manage detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery within scope and budgetary constraints.
Serve as a primary problem solver for issues, roadblocks, and risks, demonstrating servant leadership with the teams.
What's Needed?
Proficiency in Azure DevOps.
Experience in AI and Machine Learning.
Background in Program Management, Project Management, and as a Scrum Master.
Strong communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to influence and manage cross-functional teams to meet project deliverables.
