Job Type: Contract

Job responsibilities

CRM/ERP Customization: Tailor Dynamics 365 to support banking workflows: onboarding, KYC, loan processing, and payment handling.
System Integration: Connect Dynamics with core banking systems, payment gateways (SWIFT, UPI), and fraud detection tools.
Customer 360 & Analytics: Enable a unified customer view and build dashboards for insights using Power BI and Customer Insights.
Data Security & Governance: Ensure secure data access, encryption, and compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, RBI norms).
Agile Collaboration: Work closely with IT, compliance, and business teams to deliver banking-specific solutions in sprints
