Job Description

We are seeking a skilled TLM Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Transaction Lifecycle Management solutions (SmartStream TLM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting TLM applications, particularly in the areas of reconciliations and exception management for financial services and banking domains.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure Smart Stream TLM Reconciliations solutions.
Build and customize workflows, matching rules, and data enrichments within TLM.
Integrate TLM with upstream/downstream systems via ETL, MQ, or APIs.
Perform technical analysis and support issue resolution across the TLM application stack.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in UAT support, deployment, and production rollout.
Write technical documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years of experience working as a TLM Developer in banking or capital markets.
Strong hands-on experience in Smart Stream TLM Reconciliations, including configuration and customization.
Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle, and scripting (Shell/Python preferred).
Knowledge of TLM Control, TLM Recs, and exception workflows.
Experience with TLM Match Rules, Auto Match, Data Loaders, and Adapters.
Understanding of the transaction lifecycle in financial services (Cash, Trade, Securities, FX).
Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills.
