Job Title: Salesforce Administrator

Location: Fully Remote (UK-Based)

Salary: Up to PS60,000 + Bonus

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are working with a fast-growing SaaS company delivering innovative solutions to a global client base. As they continue to scale, we're looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their Salesforce ecosystem. This is a fully remote position open to candidates located in the UK with full rights to work.

The Role:

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring that Salesforce drives business efficiency and growth. This role requires hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, as well as a strong understanding of automation tools and CI/CD practices. Experience with CPQ is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity
Configure and support Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud functionalities
Create and maintain automation tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules)
Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD processes within the Salesforce environment
Monitor system usage and proactively identify improvement opportunities
Maintain user roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and data security
Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
Provide end-user support and training as needed
Stay current with Salesforce best practices, releases, and new features

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a SaaS or tech environment
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder)
Familiarity with CI/CD processes in Salesforce (e.g., using tools like Gearset, Copado, or similar)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with Salesforce CPQ is advantageous
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred
Must be based in the UK with full right to work (no sponsorship available)
