Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation's leading brands.

We're looking to hire a Marketing Analyst for an onsite role in El Segundo, CA.

This is a 6+ month opportunity with a leading toy and entertainment company, where you'll join the Marketing Analytics Team to help maximize the impact of licensed brands and properties.
You'll collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to drive product success for both retailers and consumers.
The role is located onsite in El Segundo, CA and requires presence in the office four days per week.
Hourly Pay: $44hr.

Responsibilities:

Provide marketing insights on sales and performance activity.
Own sales and marketing forecasting.
Analyze point of sale and market performance data to make strategic recommendations.
Perform competitive category analysis using NPD and Circana to identify opportunities, optimize product plans, and support new business proposals.
Collaborate with the Senior Director to ensure alignment with global business objectives.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience.
Consumer products and marketing analysis experience.
Strong in Excel and PowerPoint (Tableau is a plus).
BA/BS, MBA preferred.
