Job Specifications

DAY TO DAY

Partner with product teams to review, configure, and implement Workday security roles, ISUs, ISGs, and segmented domains.
Support security requests from HCM-aligned product teams, ensuring compliance with internal standards and avoiding data exposure.
Maintain existing security configurations and troubleshoot permission or access issues across the Workday environment.
Collaborate with U.S. and offshore teams using a Kanban methodology and shared backlog.
Review security designs and help enforce consistent governance practices across all Workday HCM modules.

MUST HAVES

2+ years of hands-on Workday security configuration experience (roles, ISUs/ISGs, domains).
Experience supporting or implementing Workday integrations.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams and global partners.
Familiarity with Workday HCM modules (benefits, compensation, payroll, absence).
Detail-oriented mindset with awareness of security, compliance, and data governance standards.

NICE TO HAVES

Experience with Workday Extend.
Background in audit, risk, or information security related to Workday.
Familiarity with new authentication mechanisms in Workday or cloud environments.
