Job Specifications

The Argos Report Writer will be working with the UNCP Argos Administrators when moving data blocks from our Test Argos environment to our Production Argos environment.

Required Skills

Developing data blocks in Argos using either the GUI or SQL.

Experience maintaining Argos security

SQL development

Writing reports for the Ellucian Banner ERP system, including knowledge of the Banner database Oracle tables.

Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or other ITSM ticketing system

Experience working with customers to document requirements of reports.

Familiar with ITIL change management practices
