Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Data Reporting Expert to support a large-scale transformation initiative within a leading financial services organization. The successful candidate will contribute to the transition from legacy SAP reporting environments to a modernized SAP BO UNX framework, enabling robust and scalable HR analytics and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP Data Transformation
Lead the migration from UNV to UNX in SAP BO
Optimize SAP BW data models for enhanced reporting
Coordinate with IT to mitigate risks and ensure seamless transformation
2. Data Integration & Management
Design and maintain ETL processes across SAP HR, SAP BW, Oracle, and SQL systems
Use MS Access and VBA for advanced data tasks
Validate and ensure high-quality data structures
3. Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer
Partner with IT, HR Analytics, and business teams
Provide training and support during UNX adoption
Act as an SME for technical troubleshooting
4. Business Requirements & Reporting
Translate business needs into scalable data solutions
Support the development and optimization of SAP BO reports
Integrate with tools like Power BI when necessary
Requirements:
Technical (Mandatory):
SAP BW & SAP BO
UNV to UNX migration
SAS EG, Oracle, SQL
Preferred:
SAP S/4HANA, DAX, Python
Business Experience:
6+ years in data reporting roles
Experience in banking or HR data is preferred
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in IT/Data Analytics
Certifications in SAP, SAS, or Power BI are a plus
Languages:
Dutch, French, and English (business proficiency)
