Job Title: Help Desk Analyst
Job Location: Columbus, OH
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in IT help desk or desktop support roles.
Proficiency in Active Directory and user account management tools.
Experience in managing user permissions for applications and network resources.
Experience with email systems such as Outlook and performing account resets.
Experience handling ITSM processes and basic endpoint deployment.
Experience in configuring new hardware and preparing devices for e-recycling.
Strong communication and customer service skills for direct user interaction.
Responsibilities:
Manage user accounts including creation, deletion, and rights assignment across systems.
Reset passwords for Active Directory, email, remote access, and internal apps.
Configure new devices, deploy endpoints, and prepare old equipment for disposal.
Perform scheduled account clean-up and address security-related issues.
Assign access to folders, printers, databases, and cloud services as needed.
Deliver new hardware and handle physical movement of IT equipment.
Provide responsive, high-quality support via in-person, phone, and messaging platforms.
