About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and driven Infrastructure Engineer to join our on-site team in Brussels. In this hands-on technical role, you'll contribute to the automation, administration, and optimization of end-user device environments, while ensuring robust security and efficient service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities

Install and configure hardware for PCs, Macs, and mobile devices
Deploy and maintain software across end-user devices
Administer local IT environments and ensure operational continuity
Define and document device configurations and operational support procedures
Draft technical content for internal knowledge bases
Monitor and enforce IT security policies, including antivirus and access controls
Manage software assets and ensure license compliance

What We're Looking For

Proven expertise in PowerShell scripting and automation tools for Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office
Strong command of Git and GitLab for system version control
Deep experience with Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, and configuration tools
Ability to create and manage complex automation tasks (e.g., scheduled tasks, dynamic network drive mapping)
Solid understanding of ITIL V4 Foundation principles (certification required)
Strong technical troubleshooting and documentation skills
High degree of autonomy, attention to detail, and communication clarity
Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
