Operations Support Service Desk Consultant (L1/L2)– Antwerp (Ports) – Freelance – 1 Year – Dutch Speaking

For a client active in the Ports of Antwerp, I am looking for several Freelance Support Consultants to help build a new IT Service Organization which can sufficiently handle the level of IT automation required.

Context

Client currently has an existing IT Service desk which covers 3 terminals. It works well for normal IT but is not sufficient for automation.
They need to start their own team and build a tailor-made service organization.

What will you be doing?

Working with your team to monitor the 24/7 service with terminals, working in shift patterns.
Analyse logged problems and identify the appropriate actions
Escalate to L2/L3 if required
Actively follow up to ensure processes are resolved.
Register steps and tickets in ServiceNow

What do you need?

Strong skills in MS Windows & MS Office and understanding of ITIL guidelines
Good IT Support background
Able to do 1st/2nd line. (at least 1st line)
Dutch speaking
