Job:

Join a major global pharmaceutical group in the midst of a large-scale S/4HANA brownfield transformation program. Several countries have already been deployed. The current focus is on Japan, Eastern Europe, and South America, with the United States (their largest market) scheduled for rollout in 2026. This program includes all SAP modules, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing and supply chain.

As an SAP PP/DS Expert, you will support the global deployment team with a focus on production planning and detailed scheduling across various waves. You will collaborate closely with business and IT teams in different regions to ensure smooth rollouts and solution adoption.

Responsibilities:

Support the deployment of the SAP S/4HANA PP/DS solution in multiple countries
Gather and challenge local business requirements and ensure alignment with the global template
Configure and validate SAP PP/DS processes during design, build, and test phases
Work with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics
Ensure data readiness, process integration, and change management support
Provide post go-live support and continuous improvements
Occasionally travel to deployment sites (max 2-3 times per year)

Profile Required:

Minimum 8 years of experience with SAP PP and excellent knowledge of PP/DS (Production Planning / Detailed Scheduling)
Proven experience in international rollouts and complex deployment programs
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is a plus
Comfortable working in an agile and multicultural environment
Strong communication skills and fluent in English and French
