Description
Oversee the implementation and optimisation of Dynamics 365 within the organisation.
Lead and manage technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and improve efficiency.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for D365 configurations and customisations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365.
Create and maintain documentation for system processes and updates.
Train and mentor team members on D365 functionalities and usage.
Stay updated on new features and advancements in Dynamics 365 technology.
Profile
Must haves:
Dynamics 365
Integrations experience, ideally with Azure
Nice to haves:
Worked with 3rd parties
Helped to bring from agency to in house in the past
Job Offer
25 days + BHS raising to 30 (one each year up to 5 years)
25% pension
