Power BI Developer

A newly created position within the Technology department, the Power BI Developer will lead the firm's reporting transformation-designing dashboards and analytics that empower strategic and operational decision-making across departments.

Reporting & Insights
* Convert business needs into intuitive Power BI dashboards.
* Deliver insights on financials, market trends, and internal KPIs.
* Build reusable semantic models and maintain change documentation.

Platform Management
* Own and optimise the Power BI environment.
* Enhance performance via DAX and data model tuning.
* Ensure data refresh reliability and reporting consistency.

Essential Skills
* Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query)
* Strong data modelling & semantic design
* Multi-source data integration (Excel, SQL, APIs)
* Clear communication of insights to non-technical users
* High attention to data quality & accuracy
