Job Title: Software Development Engineer

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite)

Duration: 8-12 months initial contract, potential for extension

Rate Range: $42-45/hr on W2

Roles and responsibilities:

Understand Service Oriented Architecture concepts, OOPS and Functional programming and event driven architecture
Understand and practice agile software development methodologies
Collaborate / pair program with senior engineers - Development/QA/Release Engg/Support Engg/ DevOps
Technical QA documentation of artifacts, requirements, design, defects, status, summary
Document master test plan, test cases, test scenarios and test results to drive quality engineering
Triage and trouble shoot development and production issues/incidents
Develop and maintain unit test, functional test automation codebases
Develop test plan and test cases for web applications and APIs
Develop and deploy automation tests
Manual and Automated Test execution and reporting
Defect lifecycle management
Automated test execution in CI/CD pipelines
