Role Overview
We're looking for a Full Stack Web Developer & UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You'll bring together the creative eye of a designer and the technical chops of a developer. From wireframes to responsive builds, you'll help craft digital experiences that are beautiful, intuitive, and on-brand.
What You'll Do
Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that reflect user needs and project goals
Build responsive websites on WordPress, Webflow, Shopify (bonus points if you're comfortable with plugins like Elementor)
Optimize sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO
Collaborate with our creative, marketing, and dev teams to deliver seamless user journeys
Conduct usability testing and apply feedback to refine experiences
Stay sharp on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging tech
Maintain and update existing client sites when needed
Make sure everything looks and works great across desktop and mobile
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in web development & UI/UX design (agency experience = extra points)
Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (PHP = nice-to-have)
Comfort working with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify)
Solid grasp of UX principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design
A strong portfolio that shows both design and development work
Bonus if you're handy with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)

Apercu du role
Nous recherchons un(e) Developpeur Web Full Stack & Designer UI/UX pour rejoindre notre equipe en pleine croissance. Vous allierez l'oeil creatif d'un designer aux competences techniques d'un developpeur. De la creation de wireframes jusqu'au developpement de sites responsives, vous contribuerez a concevoir des experiences numeriques belles, intuitives et fideles aux marques.
Vos responsabilites
Concevoir des wireframes, maquettes et prototypes alignes sur les besoins des utilisateurs et les objectifs des projets
Developper des sites responsives sur WordPress, Webflow, Shopify (bonus : experience avec des plugins comme Elementor)
Optimiser les sites pour la vitesse, l'accessibilite et le SEO
Collaborer avec nos equipes creatives, marketing et developpement pour assurer des parcours utilisateurs fluides
Effectuer des tests d'utilisabilite et integrer les retours pour ameliorer les experiences
Rester a jour sur les tendances du secteur, les bonnes pratiques de design et les nouvelles technologies
Assurer la maintenance et la mise
