About The Position
Program Overview
The Talent Program is a cross-functional initiative with the primary focus of developing high-potential graduates in an international, meritocratic and entrepreneurial environment. We created this program to foster future leaders within the Group, enabling candidates completing the program to successfully develop their professional career paths.
The program consists of at least 2 rotations (1 year each) among different business areas and/or countries.
Throughout the program, you will be exposed to our business leaders and have unparalleled networking opportunities both with them and among other graduates & team members. You will gain a broad view of our business from outside your initial area of expertise to help you grow and develop your project management and leadership skills.
You will be assigned a mentor, who will coach you personally. Through systematic, quality feedback, you will achieve self-insight (strengths/weaknesses) and improve your self-management in order to achieve your goals.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be placed in a select role within one of our business units based on your preferences and our needs.
The opportunities include: Marketing, Digital Marketing,Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain, Information Technology or Operations and Development.
What do you bring
Education And Professional Experience
Passion for Marketing, Business Administration, Finance Economics, Engineering, Marketing Management
Maximum 1 years of work experience also in internship
Fluent in English (C2) or mothertoungue
Other European languages highly recommended (French, German, Dutch)
Proficiency in Excel is required, experience with reporting tools (BI) is preferred
Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
Excellent project management skills, result-oriented and ability to think out-of-the-box
As an individual you are
available to start in full-time employment in october 2025
able to work and relocate in UK
Willing and able to travel and rotate in different European countries
Able to embrace new challenges in fast changing environment
Able to analyze strategic concepts, understand business strategy
Able to work independently, resourceful and solution-oriented
Strong communicatior with great ability to connect with multiple stakeholders across different departments and countries/cultures
