Job Specifications
Agile Project Manager, ideally with expereince of Salesforce Education Cloud, or similar SaaS platforms is required to support our London University client to deliver the implementation of Salesforce Education Cloud and associated systems.
The Agile Project Manager will be tasked with leading the day-to-day management of Salesforce Education Cloud implementation, leading the Agile delivery of the Salesforce Education Cloud platform and associated initiatives (UX, AI tools, dashboards).

Essential Experience
Experience of managing large-scale digital transformation or CRM/ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of delivery and integration of Salesforce (ideally Education Cloud) or similar SaaS platforms.
Experience working with multiple suppliers in a complex stakeholder environment.
Strong stakeholder management, particularly in Higher Education or similar public sector settings.
Understanding of Azure-based integration and identity management (SSO, APIs).
Confident managing budgets, timelines, dependencies, and change control.
Ability to set up and facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews) across hybrid supplier and university teams.
Skills to support the formation of cross-functional delivery teams with clearly defined goals and ways of working.
Expereince of managing project delivery through DevOps or equivalent tools, ensuring clear visibility of sprint progress and backlog health.
Familiarity with project governance frameworks, reporting, and risk management processes.
Agile Project Manager- Salesforce Education Cloud- Desirable Expereince
Desirable Experience & Skills
Experience with Salesforce Education Cloud (HEDA, student journey, engagement tools).
Experience with other students system implementation or migration (i.e. SITS: eVision)
Knowledge of Canvas LMS integration or similar academic platforms.
Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or analytics for student engagement and support.
Background in UX/UI-led projects, including accessibility and mobile responsiveness.
Experience with UK Higher Education regulations, including GDPR and HESA reporting.
Familiarity with public procurement frameworks (G-Cloud, LUPC, SUPC).
Delivery experience across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.
12 month contract with hybrid workign of 2 days per week on site in London
PS500.00 per day outside of IR35
