The role

We're looking for a Senior Data & AI Engineer to lead the design and delivery of advanced AI solutions. his can pay up to EUR95000 + 13th month + excellent benefits. You'll guide clients through complex digital transformations, architect scalable AI systems, and mentor junior team members while driving innovation and best practices.

Your impact

Lead end-to-end Data & AI projects, translating business needs into technical solutions
Design and implement scalable AI platforms, including LLMs, ML pipelines, and MLOps
Advise clients on AI strategy and emerging technologies
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver high-quality solutions
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering technical excellence

What you'll bring

5+ years of experience in Data & AI solution delivery and team leadership
Expertise in Python and experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Proven experience architecting scalable AI/ML solutions
Strong strategic thinking and ability to engage senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
