You'll be writing code that keeps billion-dollar strategies running, building the tools and systems that allow elite researchers and traders to push the limits of performance.

What You'll Be Building:

Architect stability, recovery, and failover solutions to keep mission-critical trading platforms bulletproof.
Design monitoring and telemetry that give instant insight into system health.
Hunt down micro-latency and optimise throughput for ultra-fast trading pipelines.
Build tooling that eliminates manual ops and ensures seamless deployment and scaling.
Partner with core dev teams to safeguard uptime and push the boundaries of capacity.

What You'll Bring:

Software engineering skills in Python.
Experience in SRE, low-latency systems, or performance-critical engineering.
Comfort working deep in Linux, distributed systems, and high-throughput environments.
A mindset of automation, precision, and relentless optimisation.
Familiarity with Airflow, Kafka, AMPS, or Slurm is a plus.
