Job Specifications

We are seeking a Data Scientist to drive our data strategy and deliver insights that support business growth. This role involves close collaboration with business teams to analyze performance, uncover opportunities, and build impactful data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver reports, dashboards, and analyses.
Translate complex data findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders and senior management.
Develop and implement data models, visualizations, and analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Python.
Identify opportunities for new data capabilities and partner with internal teams to build solutions.
Mentor analysts and promote a data-driven culture across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years in data analytics with experience in data modeling, engineering, and visualization.
Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, numpy), and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data.
Experience managing large datasets and delivering actionable business insights.

Preferred:

Master's degree in a quantitative field.
Knowledge of financial services, particularly retail/commercial banking.
Experience with mapping techniques and demographic/market analysis.
