Job Description

Define Enterprise Architecture Strategy

Establish and enforce architectural frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, and ArchiMate.
Develop Solution Design & Architecture Patterns Oversee Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, DDD, and CQRS for scalable systems.

Plan Technical Roadmap & IT Strategy

Aligning IT initiatives with business goals and long-term technology vision.

Map Business Capabilities to Technology

Ensure IT investments support key business objectives and processes.

Establish Security & Compliance Standards

Enforce IAM, Zero Trust Security, GDPR, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance.

Optimize Performance & Scalability

Define NFRs and ensure high availability, load balancing, and system resilience.

Set Enterprise Standards & Best Practices

Define API, cloud adoption, DevOps, and CI/CD guidelines for consistency.

Evaluate & Select Enterprise Technologies

Assess and recommend cloud platforms, automation tools, and emerging tech.

Lead Cross-Team Collaboration

Work with business leaders, IT teams, and executives to align architecture with strategy.

Govern Architecture & Approvals

Establish Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and ensure policy compliance.

Maintain Enterprise Documentation

Develop blueprints, roadmaps, and technical guidelines for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience within the technology field, with 5+ years of experience as senior manager/director/enterprise architect
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate)
Expertise in Solution Architecture Patterns (Microservices, Event-Driven, DDD, CQRS)
Proficiency in Cloud & Infrastructure platforms (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, API Management)
Strong understanding of Security & Compliance standards (IAM, Zero Trust, OAuth 2.0, GDPR, HIPAA)
Experience with DevOps & CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Terraform)
Skilled in Data & Integration approaches (API-first design, Event-driven systems, ETL, GraphQL)
Knowledge of Performance & Scalability practices (Load balancing, Caching, High Availability)
Proven Technology Leadership skills (Stakeholder management, governance, decision-making)
Proficiency in Observability & Monitoring tools (App Insights, ELK Stack, Prometheus)

Additional Information

Traveling will be required for around 20% of the time.
We are looking for Paris based candidates, as this role involves a hybrid working style with 2-3 days per week visits at the client's office.
