Job Description
We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer (ReactJS, Java/Kotlin , APEX) with deep Salesforce engineering expertise and a product operating model mindset. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, and operations of scalable, integrated solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, and Data Cloud - as well as our broader technology stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, Salesforce admins, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Technical
* Consistently produces maintainable, high-quality professional software code independently
* Designs services independently
* Build and optimize integrations between Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, Data Cloud) and upstream/downstream systems.
* Implement scalable solutions using Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow, while prioritizing declarative tools (e.g., Flows, Process Builder, Configuration) where appropriate.
* Ensure data integrity and synchronization across Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases) and external platforms.
* Debugs complex issues involving multiple systems; works to simplify, optimize and remove bottlenecks
* Sets code review guidelines and sets an example in code quality
Salesforce
* Work with Architect and implement solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement, and Data Cloud.
* Contribute to the evolution of our Salesforce platform and Lead-to-Quote strategy, including data modeling, automation, and analytics.
Requirements
Must Have
* BS/MS EE/CS degree or equivalent with 6-8 years of hands-on software development experience
* Must be detail-oriented, having extensive design & coding experience
* Must have relevant experience with Cloud & On-Premise applications & extensive experience (at least 3+ years) with Message Oriented Middleware (MOM) technologies.
* Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement (Pardot), and Data Cloud.
* Demonstrable experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or event-driven architectures.
* Must have development experience with frameworks and tools including Spring, Hibernate, Eclipse, JUnit, Apache* etc.
* UI/UX Integration: Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into responsive, accessible, and performant front-end components using modern frameworks like JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
* Must have 3+ years of experience working with offshore teams in a collaborative manner
* Experience/Knowledge on Data modeling (RDBMS & XSD), Database/XML interaction, SQL, Stored Procedure and ORM.
* Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
* Must have prior experience in leading Technical deliverables and must possess excellent Verbal and Written communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate & work with fellow team members and other functional team members to coordinate & meet deliverables.
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
* Able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures, grasp technical concepts, and adapt easily to change.
* Ability to multi-task, working on more than one assignment simultaneously.
* Flexibility to support in other time zones, if required.
* Developer certifications will be an added advantage.
* Hands-on Salesforce engineering experience, including Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
