Position: Salesforce technical lead Consultant

Duration: 3 Month contract-to-hire

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid 3 Days/week onsite)

Job Description

Candidate should have 10+ Years of experience in Salesforce Development.
4+ Years of experience in Technical Lead to participate in development activities spanning multiple Salesforce platforms.
Independently able to build and unit test components as well as work with Dev/QA team members to resolve code and configuration-based defects.
Lead a dev team and provide guidance/mentor as needed.
Able to understand work through deployments, understand how devops works, sales cloud and service cloud
Able to provide direction to the dev team to conduct research and document results for new Salesforce capabilities or review exiting platform-related issues.
Lead Proof of concepts with the architects to evaluate and document new designs, integrations, patterns, and practices.
