Job Specifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Should have experience as Technical Manager/Delivery Manager/Program Manager.
8+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or lead role.
Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Proven track record of leading development teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance technical leadership with project management responsibilities.
