One of the world's most mission-driven global organizations is seeking a 100% REMOTE Project Assistant to support a women's empowerment initiative through impact validation and annual planning efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to work across international teams, handle critical data projects, and strengthen operational strategy in a collaborative, supportive environment.

This role begins as an initial 3 month, W2 contract that is fully remote, operating during standard business hours, and offers competitive benefits with the possibility of extension!

Key Responsibilities:

Impact Validation Project:
Review, validate, and organize data on program impacts from 2017-2024, ensuring accuracy and completeness. (Primary focus: October-December 2025)
Administrative & Annual Planning Support:
Record key meeting minutes, support reporting needs, and lead scheduling for global regions. Contribute to annual planning activities for 2026. (May 2025-May 2026)
Operational Support:
Provide general operational and logistics support, assist with reporting, and take on additional tasks as assigned to meet program goals

Qualifications:

3-5 years of relevant experience with a college degree OR 5+ years of comparable work experience without a degree.
Strong attention to detail in both quantitative and qualitative work; confident with general math, percentages, and data/trend analysis.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot).
Experience supporting operational logistics: scheduling, note-taking, report writing, and email communications.
Comfortable with project management and annual planning processes.
Proficient in research, information sourcing (including use of AI tools), and producing reporting/presentation documents.
