Director of Sales And Marketing( Stone/Concrete Pavers)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead strategic growth initiatives for our stone and concrete paver product lines. This role is responsible for driving revenue, expanding market share, and elevating brand presence across residential, commercial, and municipal sectors.

Job Requirements and Duties

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in building materials or hardscape products.
Proven track record of driving growth and managing cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Sales, Operations or other senior role.
Proven track record in brand building, market expansion, and team leadership.
Manage, mentor and grow a team of brand strategy leaders.
Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
Identify new business opportunities, including distributors, contractors, architects, and landscape designers.
Oversee key account management and customer relationship development.
Establish financial targets, business objectives, and brand strategies that will facilitate positive company growth.
Monitor pricing strategies, margin performance, and product mix optimization.
Provide regular reports to executive leadership on KPIs and strategic initiatives.
Working closely with finance and operation teams.
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Experience leading and mentoring high-performance teams.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: $160,000 - $190,000 Annual
