Job Specifications

Paragon IT Professionals is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer for a long term engagement at a client site of ours in Des Moines, Iowa. This is a contract to hire position. A 4 year degree is required.

Responsibilities:

Answering business partner's technical calls, emails, IM's, etc.
Various projects/opportunities could be made available depending on the candidate's skill/success in the role, including asset management, deployment of hardware, etc.
Will be utilizing: Windows, Microsoft Azure/Intune, Microsoft Office, Virtual Desktops, Proprietary Software, Mobile Devices, Laptop/Desktop/iPad

Skills needed:

Relevant internship or professional experience in an IT customer service, IT support or IT troubleshooting role or related experience
Must be able to maintain accuracy and confidentiality
Possess strong problem solving and big picture/conceptual skills
Must be able to work with people at all levels and demonstrate the ability to understand and embrace change.
Strong planning/organizational, time management, decision-making skills, and superb written/verbal communication skills.
Must have a bachelors degree

Must live in the Des Moines area and be able to go onsite

Must have a 4 years bachelors degree

no third parties, 1099, ctc, subvendors.

$25-35 per hour (depending on experience)
