Pay Range: $41 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead production triage, bridge line troubleshooting, escalation, and root cause analysis.
Document incidents, business impacts, application flows, and outage impacts.
Perform start-of-day health checks, traffic routing, JVM recycling, server management, and change/release execution.
Identify stability risks, vulnerabilities, and automation opportunities; develop dashboards and alerts using Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.
Support ARC/DR/Data Center isolation exercises and enforce production governance.
Provide incident/change management support using ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure timely communication with leadership
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Key Skills: Java/Java web services applications, Splunk/Dynatrace, WebSphere/JBoss/Tomcat.
Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Proven production support experience in Java/Java web services applications.
Strong skills in Splunk, Dynatrace, Unix/Linux commands, SQL (DB2/Oracle).
Hands-on experience with WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, SoapUI, MQ (Nastel Navigator), Bladelogic, and AIC tools.
Familiarity with incident/problem management and monitoring processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams; willingness to work shifts/weekends.
