Quectel Wireless Solutions is global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on in EMEA region, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team.



We are looking for: Automotive Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive business growth with automotive customers and key accounts in the region. In this role, you will promote our portfolio to OEMs, build strong customer relationships, and lead business development initiatives. You will also collaborate internationally with cross-functional teams, support RFPs, and represent the company at customer sites and industry events.



Key responsibilities:

Responsible for the sales to Automotive customers in the region.
Acquisite and handling of Automotive Key Accounts in the region.
Business development in the region to grow the key account base.
Promotion of Quectel portfolio to Quectel Automotive customers and Automotive OEM
Establish business relationships with all levels of management and functions (Engineering, Product Management, Sales) within direct account.
Travel to Sales Territories and tradeshows as required.
Regular reporting to management including forecast and revenue reviews and any other matters as assigned by senior management
Update Quectel CRM with customer information, opportunities, meeting minutes, forecast
Work in partnership with other region sales managers, organize and synchronize the international business
Lead the RFP preparation together with Product Managers, R&D, Operation, Quality, Finance, Customer Project Manager

Job requirements:

Be already familiar with Automotive Tier1 and OEM
Bachelor or equivalent degree qualified ideally in engineering, science or computing.
3~7 years work experience of cellular/ WiFi/Bluetooth/GNSS/satellite...
Language skills: Fluent English.
A positive and hard-working attitude with quality focus and high demands on task completion.
Ability to work autonomously and should understand market and relevant technology.
