12-Month Maternity Cover

We are representing a global SaaS client seeking a qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with 3-6 years PQE to join their London-based Legal team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, starting as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for managing the contracting process with clients across EMEA and beyond, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements (SaaS, services, software licences, NDAs, data privacy agreements).

The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational ability, and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Key requirements:

3-6 years PQE in commercial law
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with SaaS, data protection, or Salesforce is advantageous
