Job Specifications

Allied Resources is seeking a Security Analyst for our utility client. This role is compliance-focused, ideal for candidates with IT/security exposure and auditing or compliance experience. Must be local to Louisville, KY OR Allentown, PA (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite).

Responsibilities:

Apply cybersecurity practices to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information.
Support compliance programs, audits, and risk assessments (NERC CIP, SOX, etc.).
Respond to security incidents and participate in on-call rotation.
Provide consultation to business and IT partners on security policies and audit findings.
Stay current with emerging security tools, processes, and certifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of IT/cybersecurity experience.
Familiarity with ICS security, risk mitigation, and system security controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to evolving technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

CISSP, CISM, or cloud security certifications.
Experience with AWS cloud, distributed systems, and microservice architecture.
Active Secret Clearance.
