Supply Chain Manager

Salary: PS40,000-PS50,000

MKJ Ignite are thrilled to be partnering with a bold, purpose-driven brand shaking up beauty. With a strong D2C and retail presence across the UK and US, they're on the hunt for a Supply Chain superstar to keep their goods flowing smoothly from global suppliers to happy customers.

This role is all about owning inbound logistics, managing warehouse operations, and keeping supply chain systems slick and scalable. You'll be the glue between planning and execution -working closely with the Inventory & Supply Planner, warehouse partners, and suppliers to ensure everything lands where it should, when it should.

What will you be doing?

Planning and managing inbound freight from global suppliers to UK and US warehouses

Owning relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse teams

Ensuring accurate stock handling, reconciliation, and inter-warehouse transfers

Maintaining clean, reliable master data across systems like Unleashed and Airtable

Driving continuous improvement across logistics, systems, and operations

Supporting product launches with operational readiness and flawless execution

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

4+ years in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management (FMCG/CPG - in the challenger space)

Proven track record managing global freight and warehouse ops

Strong systems and data integrity experience

Confident communicator and relationship builder

Organised, proactive, and cool under pressure in a fast-growth environment
