Overall Job Summary

Tractor Supply Company is currently hiring for our Supply Chain 2026 Summer Internship Program at our Store Support Center located in Brentwood, TN!

This internship is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in supply chain by providing them with hands-on experience in the functions of our end-to-end operations. In just 11 weeks, you will contribute to our strategic initiatives, collaborate with a dynamic team, and complete a project that addresses real business needs. This internship offers the chance to gain valuable skills in your area of focus while experiencing our organization's culture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Projects
End to End Supply Chain Product Flow
Supply Chain Data/Analytics
Supply Chain Network Modeling
Landed Cost/Margin Initiatives
Supply Chain Automation/Technology

Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Rising junior, senior, or master's student
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented approach to work
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to relocate to the Greater Nashville Area for the duration of the internship

Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities

Ability to work independently
Customer-orientation and desire to support a retail organization

Working Conditions
